Well, following th day of the Rogaine, since we still had about 3kjoules of energy left (after all that hilly climbing the day before) some of us decided to join Hanness, Roland and Chung climb one of the many faces in Mt Victoria's vecinity.
It was actually one of the coldest climbs i done and it was due to the strong southerly wind hitting the face of the cliff. As you can see, we were all wearing our gear - only leaving the jumper behind when it came to climb.
Since there was way too many of us, it took all day long to get a climb, so we all just managed one, which was one would say a waste of time, but i must admit i had lots of fun catching up with old/new friends and having a laught once the face defrosted :)
Not a bad climb, but it was made more difficult by the almost numness of one's fingers due to the cold wind - nothing like a challenge, hey?
Of course, we could only finish the trip with a visit to the pub and nice cold beer :)
Need to come back here at some point to do it properly ;)
