Well, this came out as afavor to a colombian friend wh wanted to do some caving before he also departed aussie, but unfortunately he couldn;t make it. But the boat must sail, so I took 11 other UTS OAC members into the caves at Wee Jasper.
We drove south from sydney on saturday eve and slept under the stars on the campgrounds - what a cold night it was too. Most ppl felt it and commented in the morning.
We spend all sunday going into caves and managing to find our way around this area. We started with Dogleg, then did signature and finalysed with the 5 series, but only managed to do the 2nd series, as time and well... safety made us decide to not try to climb an exposed cliff. Too many ppl to take the risk ;)
Anyways, we had a great time, andmanaged to see a fair bit of the underground.
It was our last cave in aussie and we were so lucky to be surrounded by so many cool ppl.
Enjoy!
