I might get done for plagiarism, but the description the event organiser (Marty) made is def the best way to describve it. Katya and I decided to take part on this event, even when it was a day before our flight out of sydney/australia - what fun!

10 Teams registered online, and at 6pm - there was a rabble of 36 beer hungry lunatics waiting for the instructions on how to get to as many pubs as possible of the 30 selected by the organisers. Teams from Sydney University, UTS Student Residences, UTS Outdoor club and even staff members participated. Teams were allocated maps detailing 30 pubs in the Sydney Metro area and Eastern Suburbs (and one bonus pub in Kirribilli over the harbour bridge that all but 1 team ventured out to). Teams gained points for answering a question about each pub they visited, and doubled their points if they bought a round of drinks.
In total, 89 pub visits occured, with at least 2000 drinks consumed (possibly 3000!)
UTS Outdoor Leader extraordinaire, Freddy Salvador, (competing in his second pubgaine this year) led Team "No Show" to victory - visiting 10 pubs, doubling at all but 2! Close behind were "Nah" - who made the mistake of buying a drink at every pub on the way. Had they bought a round, the team would surely have won visiting 12 pubs! "Undercover Monkey Patrol" - a collection of UTS Student Residents - came third, also visiting 12 pubs. The next 5 teams scored over 500
